Calculations

SteelFlow calculates theoretical mass from the dimensions and density you enter. Confirm the selected units and material density. Manufactured sections can include corner or fillet radii that generic formulas do not model; use a supplier-certified cross-sectional area when exact theoretical weight is required.

Pricing and quotes

Saved prices are user-maintained references and do not update automatically. Confirm supplier, grade, region, tax treatment, currency, and effective date before sending a quote. Review waste, fees, profit method, and tax in the project summary before exporting.

PDF and CSV exports

Open a project, choose Quote Preview, and share the generated PDF. SteelFlow Pro also enables CSV material-list sharing. If export is unavailable, resolve any invalid dimensions or pricing warnings first.

Backup and restore

Open Settings → Data to export a .steelflowbackup file. Import creates copies and does not overwrite existing projects. Keep a backup outside the device before deleting all data or uninstalling SteelFlow.

SteelFlow Pro

Open Settings → SteelFlow Pro to buy or restore the lifetime purchase. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. Refunded or revoked purchases no longer unlock Pro features.
