IconSVG Support
For help, email [email protected]. Include the app version, iOS version, device model, source image type and the steps to reproduce the issue. Attach a screenshot when useful. Do not send confidential source artwork unless it is necessary and you have permission to share it.
Convert an image
Open Convert, choose an image from Photos or Files, take a photo, or tap a bundled example. IconSVG automatically processes the image and opens a comparison of the source and generated SVG.
For the cleanest result, use a high-resolution logo, sticker, icon, line drawing or flat-color illustration. Detailed photos, gradients, shadows, fine textures and very small text may need a simplified style or manual mask correction.
Background removal and manual correction
If the automatic background mask removes too much or leaves unwanted areas, open the cleanup controls and use Erase or Restore. Review the cut preview before using the file with material.
Export and compatibility
Tap Save or Share SVG to save the original SVG to Files or send it to another compatible app. Some messaging apps do not accept a raw SVG; IconSVG may provide a ZIP containing the SVG for those destinations.
Compatibility depends on the receiving software and its version. IconSVG exports a conservative SVG path subset intended for common craft and laser workflows. If an importer rejects a file, send the diagnostic archive and the receiving software name/version to support.
Batch conversion
Open Batch to select several images. Each result can be previewed and shared individually, or all ready results can be exported as a ZIP.
Free exports and IconSVG Lifetime
Every new user can export three SVG files free. Preview and editing remain available before purchase. IconSVG Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited single SVG exports and batch ZIP exports. There is no subscription.
To restore a purchase, open Settings → Free Export Plan → Restore Purchases and use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Local history and deletion
Converted projects are stored on the device. Open History to reopen a project, swipe left to delete one item, or choose Select to delete several projects. Uninstalling the app also removes its local project data unless it was separately exported.
