IconSVG Privacy Policy

IconSVG is provided by BE A MAN PTY LTD. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the IconSVG iOS app.

1. Images and projects stay on your device

Source images, generated SVG files, previews, masks, conversion settings, filenames and project history are processed and stored locally on your device. IconSVG does not require an account and does not upload this content to our servers.

You control exports. Content leaves the app only when you choose to save, share or include it in a diagnostic archive.

2. Photos, camera and files

IconSVG requests access only when you use the related feature:

Photos: import images you select.
Camera: take a source photo for conversion.
Files: import a source file or save an exported SVG or ZIP through Apple’s system file picker.

Imported or captured content becomes part of your local project history. You can deny a permission and continue using the app without that feature.

3. Purchases

Apple processes the optional IconSVG Lifetime in-app purchase. IconSVG uses RevenueCat to load the localized product, validate purchase status, unlock unlimited exports and restore access.

RevenueCat receives an anonymous, app-scoped identifier generated by its SDK and App Store purchase and entitlement information. IconSVG does not send RevenueCat your images, SVGs, filenames, project settings, email address or contacts. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Purchase history is used for app functionality and aggregate purchase analytics. IconSVG has no account system, does not connect the anonymous RevenueCat identifier to your identity, and does not use purchase data for tracking or advertising.

The iOS share sheet and Files picker are controlled by Apple and the destination you choose. Review the destination’s privacy policy before sharing a source image, SVG, ZIP or diagnostic file.

IconSVG does not upload diagnostic information automatically. If you create and send a support archive, it may include technical settings and validation results chosen to help troubleshoot the issue. Review the archive before sharing it.

5. Support communications

If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include, such as screenshots, sample files, device details or a problem description. We use it only to answer and troubleshoot your request and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary.

We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising SDKs. Information is shared only when you direct the app to do so, with Apple and RevenueCat for purchase processing as described above, or when required by law.

7. Retention and deletion

Local project data remains until you delete projects or uninstall the app. Exported files remain wherever you saved them. Purchase history is retained by Apple and RevenueCat as needed to process, verify, restore, refund and account for purchases. You may ask us to delete support correspondence.

8. Children

IconSVG is a general graphics utility and is not directed to children.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Most IconSVG content is controlled directly on your device through export and deletion tools. Contact us for requests involving support communications.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
