SteelFlow Privacy Policy

SteelFlow is provided by BE A MAN PTY LTD. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the SteelFlow iOS app.

1. Data stored on your device

Calculations, projects, project items, customer names, company details, custom materials, saved supplier prices, quote snapshots, and preferences are stored locally on your device. SteelFlow does not upload this content to our servers and does not require an account.

2. Exports and backups

You control every export. Data leaves the app only when you choose to create and share a PDF quote, CSV material list, or SteelFlow backup through the standard iOS document picker or share sheet. The destination you select has its own privacy practices.

3. App Store purchases

Apple processes the optional SteelFlow Pro lifetime purchase and purchase restoration. SteelFlow uses RevenueCat with Apple StoreKit to obtain product information, complete purchases, restore purchases, and verify Pro access. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app-scoped identifier and purchase history for app functionality and purchase analytics. We do not send RevenueCat your project, customer, quote, material, or company content, and we do not receive your payment-card details.

4. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

SteelFlow does not include advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics, cross-app tracking, or a developer-operated business-data backend. RevenueCat’s purchase analytics are limited to purchase and entitlement events, are not linked to your identity by SteelFlow, and are not used for tracking. The app does not sell personal information.

5. Support communications

If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include, such as screenshots, device details, exported diagnostics, or a problem description. We use it only to answer and troubleshoot your request.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete it in SteelFlow or remove the app. You can export a backup before deleting data. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase and entitlement records under their respective policies and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete support correspondence by contacting us.

7. Children

SteelFlow is a general-purpose utility and business app and is not directed to children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when SteelFlow or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
