Contact [email protected] with the app version, iOS/iPadOS version, device model and steps to reproduce the issue. For text or pronunciation feedback, include the poem title, author, relevant verse and reference edition. Please avoid unrelated personal information or complete backups.
Speech recitation
Allow microphone and speech-recognition access when starting recitation. If previously denied, adjust Zhaoxi permissions in system Settings. Check network and system speech availability if recognition is unavailable. Ordinary reading does not require microphone access.
Downloads and pronunciation
Bundled poems work offline. Additional collections and selected audio readings require an initial download and available device storage. Not every poem includes commentary, audio or dedicated artwork. Automatic pinyin and synthesized readings may differ from historical or alternative readings and are not individually reviewed.
Personal records and backups
Favorites, collections, notes and recitation records are stored locally. Export a backup in app Settings before uninstalling or changing devices, and read the confirmation before restoring. Updating or removing a content package does not remove those personal records.
Sharing
Export a card from a poem page and save it to Photos or use the system share sheet. Saving to Photos requires add-only permission. Any included notes are shared with the card and are handled by your chosen service or recipient.
